Dope1: Read on. That case was always bogus, and is more or less doomed, but it's still interesting to read how far the FBI will go.

Despite what Julie Kelly argues, the New York Times is right: The New York Times insisted the photo was consistent with how the FBI handles criminal investigations. “[It] is standard practice for the F.B.I. to take evidentiary pictures of materials recovered in a search to ensure that items are properly cataloged and accounted for. Files or documents are not tossed around randomly, even though they might appear that way; they are usually splayed out so they can be separately identified by their markings,” reporters Glenn Thrush and Adam Goldman wrote on August 31, 2022.

And you do realize that the Robert Hur report did exactly the same thing with the Biden documents case, right? Except they had considerably fewer boxes and documents to sort through with Biden. But they still gave them labels and sorted them for photographing. Just like with Trump.

The FBI was not about to photograph documents classified at the highest levels for public consumption. So, as they said, they used placeholders. And they were pretty clear about it at the time. Trump's defense team even pointed it out back on August 31, 2022: "Even yesterday, the Government’s Response gratuitously included a photograph of allegedly classified materials, pulled from a container and spread across the floor for dramatic effect."

No matter now. As you wrote elsewhere, Cannon pushed this trial off to rather distant future date: never.

Dope1: Because the Deep State knows...

Just so you understand: every time you write or say "Deep State," a socialist is born.
