Anyhoo, latest news is that Iran has informed Pakistan that they're no longer participating in any exchanges of proposals. The prospects of having any real progress before tonight were already pretty dim. But by pulling out of the process, Iran gives the Administration even less opportunity to claim that there have been new developments as an excuse to delay responding to the passage of tonight's deadline.
