As noted in the thread about the Venezuelan oil industry, Trump would hot hesitate to seize the Rosneft holdings, right along with the Chinese and Cuban interests.

As proposed before, I doubt Trump cares one whit about Ukraine. His agenda is about taking Russian oil off the market, to tighten supplies, which would raise prices, to the great profit of US oil companies....this was the narrative underlying Rant #1: the objective of the invasion of Iraq was to take Iraqi production off line, for the benefit of US oil companies.
