Umm no. It's not a country club deduction is it. There is no voluntary component. Nor is it a direct service to me.
It is confiscation by blue state governments. And the motherloving RepUGLYcans are telling me it's a sin to live in a blue state. By not living in a bankrupt (fiscally and ideologically) red state I am a lesser human being who does not deserve any justice.

It's very very hard to see how this is not a discriminatory tax on blue state citizens of the US of A. Very sure it's petty revenge by repUGLYcans on people from states they hate.
