Michigan is, overall, purple: red outstate, blue around metro Detroit.
Michigan is one of the states that refused the DOJ's demand for detailed voter registration records last year.
Here they come again.
US Justice Department demands 2024 Detroit-area ballots in latest move for local election records
The U.S. Department of Justice has demanded that Michigan’s Wayne County turn over all its ballots from the 2024 election just weeks after it made similar requests in Georgia and Arizona.
The earlier requests were for ballots and other records from 2020, the presidential election President Donald Trump lost, while the fresh request is for the last round of voting in a swing state Trump won.

Gov will probably go GOP this fall, because there are two Dems running. Many polls show the GOP winning with 38-39% of the vote. AG, SecState, and Senate, would probably all go GOP, if the Wayne Country vote is suppressed, as Wayne County is heavily union, minority, and Muslim. In 24, Wayne County voted 62% for Harris, in a state Trump won with just under 50% of the vote. Suppressing the Wayne County vote would also put both houses of the state legislature firmly in GOP control.
So, all my efforts to obtain documentary proof of my citizenship, would go for naught, if the regime in DC suppresses all the votes in the county.
