Subject: Stopgap Spending Bill Looks Set to Pass
Looks like unanimous Democratic support, GOP still has several dozen members vote against.

Government stays open, and most of the additional spending in the first version of the CR stays in. Which is likely why all the Republicans that voted against Plan B voted against this one, too. But they took out the stuff that took a lot of words to describe, so the page count is way down, which will let the DOGE folks claim victory even while the core spending priorities of the bill remain intact.

So a win-win! And we get to go to the Smithsonian at the end of the month!
