Over the course of many years I have read many book about American history. One thing that impresses me is the intelligent level of discourse among the Founding Fathers and those who followed them. Lincoln is a prime example.

Listen to Trump to understand how far we have fallen. That such a crude, inarticulate bloviator should be at the pinnacle of American politics is dumbfounding. Decay and rot approved by 1/2 the voters.
