The Beeb ran video from a different angle of Pretti's previous encounter with ICE. I could not see it, from the other side of the room, but the Beeb claimed that his gun was visible in the back wasteband of his pants on that day too. That would indicate that he routinely carried, at least when he intended to encounter ICE. Contrary to the regime narrative, he did not gun down storm troopers that day either.

Found the video, on line. At the 1:18 mark, you can see what appears to be a pistol grip just above his beltline on the right.

From the jump, his friends said he could be "very passionate" about some things. Maybe he could have used a stint in prison to work on his anger management skills. But, nothing he did appears to have warranted summary execution.
