Alas, I'll bet Noem is immune from prosecution (performance of her duties as specified by POTUS). Otherwise, she should be locked-up.

I bet she thinks she's immune. But I think she's wrong about that, particularly because she engages in so much straight-up self-enrichment, grifting, and fraud. She's not even intellectually curious or competent enough to be familiar with all the ways she's breaking the law.

Seems like a target-rich environment for future DOJ folks. We'll see.
