Yes but if you had watched the video you had linked, as I did, you would have seen, as the moderator pointed out, that Jeffries isn't interested in any solutions. The strategy remains to obstruct any bipartisan solution and to then blame that on the Republicans. That was there shutdown strategy and it continues with ACA.
