If they want to add some, fine. But "hand-picked" at least implies that they will exclude anyone they don't like, and include ones they do like. I'm betting the "failing New York Times" won't be among the "hand picked". The advantage of having a press corps is that you get representatives from several sources asking questions. If you hand pick, of course you're going to omit the ones that ask the uncomfortable questions. That's just human nature, really. Not even specific to the Felon.

I also think we should start the British practice of the POTUS (prime minister) going before the legislative body to answer very pointed questions. As I understand it, the PM has no choice. It is a required duty. I forget now how often they have to do it. I could go for it every 60 days.
