Last time my wife and I were in Missouri we stopped at a Starbucks outside of St. Louis. The four people behind the counter were all white, the place was almost empty, and it still took us 20-25 minutes to get our coffee- two cups of “just coffee” with cream.

Just what problem is the Atty General of Missouri attempting to fix?
