I agree. They've got the Felon by this short and curlies. They may not want to be bombed, but they can endure it pretty easily. They have less to lose than the Felon does, and I think they know it. As long as they don't do something to motivate Congress to release funds to continue the conflict, they can just wait him out. The House already voted to end hostilities, with numerous Rep defections. I think that's an indication of the mood, and his decaying support.
