I've seen folks claiming their 401k was down under Biden and is up bigly since Trump came back. If they are being truthful (unlikely), they must have gone to cash when Biden was elected and missed out on SPY going up 66%.

Note some never Trumpers went to cash in 2017 and similarly missed out.
