It looks like a confirmed terrorist attack - doesn't have to be from foreign sources, there's likely a cooperating American source - at least the driver. I always just wait, speculating a lot right now isn't a good idea.

I'm sure Fox and friends are already blaming Biden's FBI for utterly failing to do its job. And of course, this would never have happened if Trump was President and Kash Patel was leading the FBI. Oh wait, doesn't Kash want to send most of the FBI packing? ☹️
