"No danger of being hit."
Excuse me?
A completely out of control motorist with a projectile weapon weighing several thousands of pounds refuses to stop in immediate physical proximity to two or maybe three ICE officers.
NOT just the one who shot her.
She made her intentions very clear.
She was going to get away from law enforcement no matter who was in her way and no matter how much danger she posed to them.
That's what she learned from you crazed Leftist dum dums. "All means necessary" RESIST!!!!
She could have done ANYTHING with that vehicle, she could have yanked the wheel left or right, slammed it into reverse, anything. All she needed to do was: STOP.
The officer who fired the shots was in immediate danger of serious physical injury from her. The officer by the driver's side door was in immediate physical danger. Anyone within a 10 foot or more radius of the vehicle was in immediate physical danger.
Had she not been SHOT you don't know what she would have done to those officers. No one does.
I suppose if she had pulled a gun on the officer and was waving it around but not always straight in his direction you would say "But but but she wasn't POINTING IT STRAIGHT AT HIM."
