Gun laws and enforcement of gun laws are systematically racist.

Everyone knows that a hugely disproportionate (in comparison to their representation in the overall population) of gun crimes are committed by young Black males.

More gun laws, and stricter enforcement of those laws, creates a systemic disparate impact against the Black community.

Everyone knows that. The legal system is systemically racist.

According to the Left, disparate impact = systemic racism.

And that's precisely why those deep blue cities with the strictest gun laws also have the most gun crime, most of it committed by young Black males.

Why should they be expected to enforce the racist system that they created?

A foolish consistency is the hobgoblin of small minds.
