Checks and balances: if Congress believes Trump is exceeding his lawful authority, then it is up to Congress to seek recourse in the courts, or by passing legislation, or by impeachment and conviction if all else fails.

That's what the Constitution provides for.

Congress has no obligation to do anything just because the Left doesn't like Trump or what Trump is doing.

Congress is appropriately performing its constututioņal function of oversight by holding hearings.


Beyond that is up to Congress, not you or me.

Don't like it? Then elect a Democrat Congress in 2026.

That's our system. Stop whining.
