Major Adams and the other Democrats who have turned anti immigrant and xenophobic might have good reason...they don't have resources to deal with it. Their cities are already crime ridden, nasty, dirty, segregated - this despite many gifts like , um, Wall Street and tourism right in the backyard.

How about we match the 10,000,000 undocumented folks in America.....

By adding 10,000,000 H1B visa workers in America - today. Now. They'll be English proficient, they'll be here legally. Surely if we are fine with 10,000,000 illegals - the SAME people advocating for that would love 10,000,000 more I.T workers, Engineers, etc right?

Either way, the cultural exchange initiated by Texas and Florida, is a small step - but a very wonderful tactic.

It should be multiplied by 5. After all, it's about economic opportunity. Mayor Adams and that Fortress New York are just being nativist.
