Claiming this is something he believes in, Biden gets rid of the death penalty for a whole host of scumbags.

But not all of them, like the Boston marathon bomber (who many leftists find just dreamy). The “I don’t like the death penalty” stance inly goes as far as the woke politics will let it go.
