.... Before vaccines, the Covid death rate was pretty high, especially for seniors and those with comorbidities. After vaccines, it seems to have improved (per capita, not total).
No doubt other factors like virus mutations contributed.
At the very least there is no evidence that vaccines caused harm. So don't believe some random on the Internet (except Jim, occasionally).
