It can create excuses 1000x more easily than it replaces them. For example, a cheating student can generate an essay in a few seconds, but the cheating/plagiarism case against them by their examiner can take days of effort to prove the case and go through the processes.

Everywhere I look, I see modern LLMs do not remove friction, they add it.
