Get a bronze plan and open a HSA. Drop a few grand in it and lower your MAGI below the 400% federal poverty limit and regain your subsidies. If you're over 55 it's $5400.

That's my plan. Subsidies depend on income and where you live - down to the county.

For my family of 5 the annual subsidy will be $19,932 ($22,176 if enhanced subs were retained) on a MAGI of $150k.
