Subject: Way OT :Johnson & Johnson/Kenvue Tender Offer

I have owned JNJ shares for decades and I received a
big packet today regarding the tender offer for Kenvue Shares.
I respect a number of posters on this board and the JNJ name
came up a number of times on the "old" board.

Any thoughts regarding this offer? It looks like Kenvue will
be offered at a discounted price to current JNJ shareholders
and as a tax free exchange.

Manlobbi I did check the JNJ board and it is not active so I
apologize in advance if I have broken a rule by posting this
