by this, i mean trump's vacuous and sociopathic nature.

- the only reason for this (or any) interview is that trump cannot feel outdone in any form of publicity. (as the atlantic had its moment with signalgate)
it really hits home that there is little grasp or interest of underlying consequences. only policy points that may further his media exposure may fit into his brain.
although not explicitly covered, it is rather obvious that attention is his primary path to some form of monetization.

- he is enjoying his second term on some perverse combination of publicity and approval.
based on this, its safe to say the mismanagement of immigration is at the very top of his dopamine loop, well worth taxpayer and societal cost.
