Jack Smith actually admitted he had no case against Trump if the deposition was quoted here correctly by the Leftoids.

Smith opining that Trump "created a climate of distrust" is not evidence, it's his opinion--an argument.

But even if true, it's not criminal.

In fact, it's core political speech protected by the First Amendment.

There was zero evidence that Trump instructed anyone to act in an illegal fashion. Zero, or Smith certainly would have mentioned it in his 255 page depo, and the Letoids here would have copy-pasted it right here.
