I don't know that this will have any effect, but it's nice to see that not all Reps have lost their minds. I wouldn't be surprised if this is the first time (or maybe the second time) he has ever voted "Dem" (first may have been 2020?).

I totally agree with his statement "I will always be an American before...". Well...not totally, since I am not a Republican. But I am an American before any other affiliation or allegiance.
