Trump says US 'knocked out a big facility' where drug ships are manufactured

President Trump claimed Friday morning that the U.S. military struck a "big plant" that was allegedly involved in assiting drug operations.

According to the president, the U.S. military destroyed a facility where ships that transport deadly drugs to America are built.

"We just knocked out ... a big plant to - a big facility where they send the, you know, where the ships come from," the president added. "Two nights ago, we knocked that out, so we hit them very hard."

Trump did not specify exactly where the strike occurred, and didn't say whether it took place on the Venezuelan mainland.
