I understood that, but your post started with this header:

At least Sean Hannity and Kamala Harris agree on something....

Which means you also have a dig at her understanding of price gouging by that header. It's understood that is the purpose.

You haven't shown she hasn't got a good understanding of price gouging, or that her plans will have no effect, or a deleterious effect, and make fun of her pronunciation which no one cares about.
