Actually, they already have that "duty". Though, as the YouTube lawyer "ScowlOwl" (via LegalEagle) has said, it's a huge risk for the service people. I posted that a few months ago. Ironically, if they don't disobey illegal orders, they can still get in big trouble.

I would not encourage any young people to sign-up for service today. They will be put into legal situations that even lawyers would have difficulty parsing. If they make the wrong choice, they could be imprisoned. Not worth the risk. Better to sign up with Truckmasters, or some other trade school.
