Yes, I just roll me eyes every time I hear/read that. We are NOT a Xian nation, never have been, and we even stated that in official documents. Specifically, the Treaty of Tripoli:

They stomp their feet, and scream to the rooftops, but it just ain't so. And never has been. They should really stop saying it because it just makes them look stupid (or, at least, ignorant of fact).
