Nope.

I have never called for cuts in spending. We're already underfunded. I have been calling for tax increases for years. During Biden, for example, we hired more IRS auditors. Guess what...revenues jumped by more than the cost of the additional auditors. Underfunded. He also hired more border patrol, as I recall. We need more park rangers to make the parks safe and enjoyable. Air traffic control has been understaffed for a long time. USDA inspectors to keep our food supply safe. Etc.

We've been cutting since at least Reagan. There may still be some fat, and probably always will be. But we've been cutting meat, too. And now the Felon is taking a cleaver, and just chopping off limbs. Using an unelected official, I might add.
