IMHO the entire Homeland Security Department needs to go. CBP and ICE are irredeemable and should be disbanded as well. The rest might get passed around to other cabinet departments or become stand alone agencies.

iirc, the functions of "Homeland Security" were spread among several different departments. Customs and Border Patrol agencies go way back. The Bush junta rolled them all into one. Given the fascist tendencies of the Bush junta, I suspect the Third Reichy title was intentional.
