The populations of ALL these same cities have declined.
People are fleeing the high crime rate democrat run cities.
So I would think it would stand to reason why the crime rates has dropped.
Less people to rob, murder, etc.

Despite the historic drop in homicides and violent crime, the average American simply refuses to believe reality.
And that's the real news: three-quarters of Americans say there is more crime in the U.S. than a year ago in spite of the fact that the opposite is true.
And no, no one is fleeing. No, every city and every town in America is not seeing an exodus of citizens. But virtually every city and town in America is seeing a dramatic, unprecedented decline in violence and homicides.
