OK fair enough.

I don't think Trump is great at managing a large, bureaucratic structure like the federal government.

That's both a matter of his past experience and his temperament.

He's great at being a CEO, but has deficiencies as a C.O.O.

Also, I think he's too nice of a guy. He wants people to like him too much.

He's also not nearly Machiavellian enough.

That's probably because he's a NYC real estate guy at heart and totally "in your face."

He tips his hand too much.

Trump would do well to review "The Art of War" by Sun Tzu and "Meditations" by Marcus Aurelius.
