That doesn't disqualify his political assessment. He has enough experience in the legislature for his assessment to be worth noting, RINO or nor.

Would you mind telling us what the fairly significant feature of the bill was thatg Lindsay didn't know about, and how you knew Graham didn't know, rather than skirting that issue? Enquiring minds want to know! :)
