Good grief, I miss the editing function the new Fool boards have.

And, if INS does not have any proof of the terrorist charges. That's OK. Add them to their quota for "illegal" collars. Just like the old days, and McNamara's obsession with "body count".

The SA needs to be quicker at holding people incommunicado, and shipping them to some third world hole. This can be embarrassing.
