Checking in on the current BRK price to peak book value I find that the most recent book value per A share is $464,454, and that's also the peak value thus far, while the current price of an A share is $742,457 for a price to peak book ratio of 1.6.

That's a moderately high level associated with 1 year forward return of about 2%, in the past.

The S&P 500 is sitting at CAPE of ~39.5, which is very high indeed, and an Excess CAPE Yield of ~1.6 which is on the low side, both indicating over-valuation.
