No need to hold him accountable. Just arrest him and send him to whichever dictator country wants to take him. No habeas corpus--remember? LOL !!! And his assets are confiscated for failure to pay back taxes, penalties, fraud, etc. GUILTY !! After all, the states where those assets are located get to share in the loot. They CAN'T AFFORD to say no to that much cash.
