Subject: Re: GM & EVs
End result: I flew up to Columbus Ohio on the 29th to buy a lovely new Equinox EV with net discounts/credits bringing my purchase down from the MSRP of $44k to $29,500. It's a fancier model than I'd intended to buy, but the base models were very thin on the ground at that point, and not as heavily discounted.
We snagged one also, from a local dealer. Same price. Not quite as snappy as the Bolt, but far more comfortable. Cheaper models did not have heated seats. You need those when you turn the heater off due to range anxiety...And like you, we found better deals on the loaded version - an RS for us. Friend got an LT2 for a few hundred less.
