Mike, I know you're not a stupid man, but when it comes to Trump you are willfully ignorant. Trump's endless grifts are out in the open for all to see. There's no secrecy involved, like Biden was constantly accused of.

It is brazen corruption and obvious to anyone not blinded by partisanship. Trump clearly is open for the business of bribery.

In fact, of the many dangers this administration poses for our democratic republic, none seems as great as the deep and corrosive corruption they are engendering throughout the government.

They've gone a long ways towards crippling a competent civil service. Now it seems we can only look forward to a corrupt Putin style oligarchy.

And the Republican Congress is almost entirely supine before the MAGA monster they spent decades creating. And the Supreme Court seems disinclined to rein in the Mad King.

What a mess.
