Subject: houses of worship?
OK...I get not bombing mosques during armed conflict. I saw videos of Taliban high-tailing it to the mosque while they were under attack. From a tactical standpoint, I didn't agree with it. But I get the optics of bombing churches/mosques/temples (even though in WWII, that was not a safe harbor).

But not arresting people in them? I definitely don't agree with that. A house of worship of whatever faith is still US soil (presuming it is in the US). The laws are generally not suspended in there. As long as they secure a proper warrant, I don't see a problem.
