Claudia Sheinbaum, Ursula von der Leyen and Antonio Costa standing shoulder to shoulder, pens out, signing a trade deal a full decade in the making. Cameras flashing. Handshakes. The whole multilateral box set, and not one moth-eaten MAGA hat in the building.
