Alas I don't have a subscription, but the first couple of paragraphs seem to be a reasonable stance. I'm not sure it's very polite to characterize Grace Kelly as a "shrewd blonde", though.

A person favourite: the supermarket on the old port, at least until it changed brands recently, had the large basement as in effect a dollar store. The prior branding was...wait for it..."Casino". Just across the street along the port itself is something that struck me the first time I visited: a vending machine for mono-kinis. Simultaneously on brand but reasonably priced.
