But what I would suggest is that the productivity of businesses with products such as this often gets pulled away from the founding business and into the overall system quite quickly.

Though I doubt that their pre-qualification process uses a powerful AI engine the way Upstart does, steps toward making loan pre-qualification more convenient and customized does cut into the edge that Upstart is providing for some auto dealers.
