Subject: Re: Portfolio Tracker
It's nice to see that someone at CNBC has improved the portfolio tracker to show Berkshire's actual holdings including those held at New England Asset Managment and a few (but not all) of the international holdings. For years they just scraped the Berkshire 13F and left it at that, just like the other 13F websites. So I had stopped bothering to look at it. They finally put a human with some guidance on the job and it appears to now be the most accurate online tracker.
Missing positions now seem to be the German stocks plus Marubeni, Mitsui, Sumitomo and Mitsubishi. And I would omit Kraft Heinz and Occidental since they are equity accounted and using this to value the company would double count those.
