Hillary's Crimes!" Treason! Bribery! Perjury! Fraud! Espionage! Embezzlement!

I guess there's a National Enquirer Rule that all headlines must have an exclamation mark... and the word "and" is always an ampersand.

And headlines are almost always ALL CAPS or a combination of initial caps and all caps (which I didn't do in every headline; my bad).
