Most of these cuts are going to land on those least able to afford them.

In the minds of the "JC" dominated GOP, that is good. It forces those people to work/work more hours. After all, the "JCs" need to replace the thousands, if not tens of thousands of willing workers Trump is deporting to satisfy his base.
