This is a good place to bring up a question that has been on my mind. I agree the case is about the recording of the hush money transaction, not that it occurred. So why is Stormy on the prosecution witness list? The fact she was paid hush money is not in dispute, and she would have no knowledge of how the payment was recorded in the Trump empire's books. So what is her purpose as a witness?
