As an aside, can other groups get a name too? AntiBlack, AntiWhite, AntiAsian .... what's their version of "semitism" in the vernacular? Why is only one group so special?

It's a pretty common formulation:

...though obviously not universal. There are plenty of alternative formulations, like the "-phobia" suffix ("homophobia" or "Islamophobia") or the "mis-" prefix ("misogyny" or "misandry"). But the "anti-" prefix isn't just limited to anti-semitism.
